Great Lakes Coffee is the coffee partner of Fourgrounds — a Metro Detroit specialty roaster whose beans are served at Fourgrounds every day.

We wanted coffee that people would come back for every day. That means a menu that's approachable without sacrificing quality. Every recipe, from espresso to brewed coffee to our signature drinks, is built to highlight the coffee first. Consistency, balance, and hospitality drive every decision behind the bar.

Great Lakes provides the roasted coffee and supports our program with training and technical expertise. Fourgrounds shapes the guest experience, menu development, and service philosophy — Fourgrounds is our shop, with Great Lakes Coffee served here.
